The Universal Good Life Centre® (TUGLC) is a proprietorship concern which is well known all over Tamil Nadu and now steping into other parts of South India. It was established with a noble thought to manufacture traditional Herbal and Siddha medicines, and health care products to overcome common ailments and even to cure advanced diseases in a proper manner without causing any adverse side effect. TUGLC was established by Mr. CHO. MURUGAPPAN, more than 40 years of experience in the field of Herbal and Siddha Medicine, after his death, Mr. M. VINAYAGAM, son of Mr. CHO. MURUGAPPAN, the Hereditary Practitioner took over the company and became a Proprietor. The company was established in 1997 in a small area, manufactured 40 herbal medicines on that time. The company has gradually developed and now producing 135 Herbal and Siddha medicines by around 2000. In 2002 the company was expanded in a new building of 5,000 square feet located at 10 kilometer from Coimbatore Railway Junction. There is a suitable atmosphere and these innovative changes uplift it to increase our range of products to 200 numbers and the company will strive to become one of the sole manufacturer of Herbal and other alternative medicines within a short span of time in Tamil Nadu. The company is attaining the leading level in the market because of the quality of products at affordable price with an effective marketing strategy. As the management never compromise the importance of the quality and giving health.

Also, the company is strictly adopting PMP (Perfect Manufacturing Practice) from raw material to finished products. We perfectly match the tradition with technology to preserve the best quality of the products. The production process adopts hygienic method by cleanliness, untouched by hands, cleaned stainless steel vessels. The more medicinal value herbs and raw materials are procured from available sources in the nearby and also from the place where the raw material have more medicinal properties. The company is giving top priority to the quality only and not to the cost of the material. The company also prefers the buy – back arrangements with farmers by providing more medicinal value herbal seeds to obtain the best quality raw material.
The best quality of raw material are further cleaned to remove any foreign material carefully and forwarded to grinding section. Even though the modern machinery is used for grinding, the quality of the ground material is never reduced. Because, the company adopts non – heated method for grinding process and gets the perfect quality equivalent to the traditional method of grinding. Our company never uses ready-made extracts and using only farm fresh natural herbals for making extracts, which are produced by farmers and us, are used for the preparation of medicines. Our company never uses any synthetic flavors, artificial coloring agent, fragrance, because it is very conscious in the quality and naturality and effectiveness of the products.
The quality which is distinguishes us from the others; everyone in the company is well aware about the quality of the products. We are monitoring the quality of the products at all stages, i.e. , stage by stage of the movement from raw material to finished products. If any least quality or discrepancies arises at any stage in the quality of the product, the whole batch will be completely rejected and destroyed. Our company is more conscious that the medicines are meant for curing the diseases and not for the commercial purpose to make more money alone.
